The combination of Farriers Stop Itch Shampoo and Stop Itch Spray is a highly effective solution for horses suffering from itching caused by biting insects such as midges.

The shampoo contains ingredients that help repel flying insects and create a calming effect for the horse. At the same time, it cleanses the skin and prepares it for follow-up care.

The Stop Itch Spray provides anti-itch relief and helps soothe irritated skin. It also adds moisture and creates a healthy skin environment that supports skin condition while helping to protect against new insect attacks.

This combination is therefore particularly suitable for horses with sweet itch, seasonal itching, or dry and irritated skin.

💡 Can be used on the entire horse, but especially on areas where itching often occurs, such as:

• mane
• tail base
• under the belly
• feathering (if applicable)

🧴 Directions for Use

First wash the horse with regular shampoo and ensure the coat is thoroughly wet – especially in the mane, tail, and feathering if relevant.
Apply Farriers Stop Itch Shampoo and massage well into the coat and skin.
Leave the shampoo on for approximately 10 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with water.

While the horse is still towel-dry, apply Stop Itch Spray to the areas where the horse typically experiences itching.
Massage gently into the skin, especially in the mane, tail base, and under the belly.

The treatment can be repeated as needed during periods with high insect activity.

Apply Stop Itch Spray regularly to the mane and tail – 3 to 4 times per week.
